THE BRIEF
This design concept is a true definition of Cheese in design form.
The proposed Gourmet cheese shop (F&B and Retail) is located in one of the most beautiful heritage buildings in Singapore. This wabi-sabi-style Cheese Cafe incorporates elements such as wooden furniture, neutral colors, and natural textures. The design philosophy celebrates the beauty of imperfection, transience, and the natural world.
The limewashed walls bring a sense of harmony and bind the concept into a timeless, peaceful space. The idea was to bring out the raw, unpolished, authentic features and highlight its inherent beauty like Cheese itself.
