THE BRIEF
The brief was to elevate the experience of craft beer dining by creating a sophisticated alfresco vibe and an upgraded menu with a beautiful waterfront view. Brewerkz One Fullerton is embellished with splashes of
copper, highlighted on the outlet’s feature wall- a homage to the brand’s flagship outlet’s handcrafted copper bar.
The interior is illuminated by a combination of vintage lamps and a custom-designed lamp that runs through the entire space, blending different eating zones into one.
